Tamie Yarie created the Ashton kit as
a beautiful sleeping baby boy, I thought it
would be fun to
see what he looked like if he where awake, so by
altering the sculpt and giving him eyes it was like
waking him up. I must say that the task was very
tedious and time consuming, but the end result was
so worth the time and effort. I absolutely adore
him.
Please understand that
this baby kit is not made with open eyes, I have
opened the vinyl, inserted eyes and then sculpted
him eyelids to help maintain the realism of the
original sculpt.
This baby is a true "ONE
OF A KIND" reborn baby. |

I am no longer accepting custom orders and will not be repeating
any dolls or reborn kits. There are just to many beautiful
babies being released to duplicate any of them. So if you have
fallen in love with Evan, please be aware that this is the
only baby like him that I will be reborning.

was originally designed by renowned Master Doll Artist
Tamie Yarie as a sleeping reborn kit named "Ashton" and
has been reborn by me,
Shelli Sebring, here at the Almost
Babies Nursery using Genesis heat set artist
oil paints.
♥
This kit is a limited edition of 500 world
wide of which Evan is #34.
Evan has been hand signed and numbered on his cloth body by the original
artist Tamie Yarie.
♥
Evan was originally created as a sleeper
kit, I have opened his eyes to "wake him
up". Evan's eyelids were sculpted with
Super Sculpty clay and liquid sculpty. As
with any "sculpt" there may be a few minor flaws.
But nothing that would take away from his
beauty.

Evan is a "OOAK" (One of a Kind)
baby, another baby exactly like him will never be reproduced.
♥ I
have given him a brand new doe suede jointed
body. I have weighted his body with poly-pellets and given him extra
soft filling to give him a very realistic
baby feel when you are holding him.
♥
He has 3/4 arms and legs and they have been weighted. No sand was used to weight him! Making him easy to travel
anywhere in the world. Evan wears Preemie or
small newborn size clothing.
♥
His hair has been micro rooted in a
beautiful medium brown premium angora
mohair. It has been sealed on the
inside so it can be gently dampened, combed
and styled.
♥
I have applied his eyelashes in a
beautiful l medium brown.
♥
I
have opened his nose and backed it with dark felt
for the appearance of depth.
♥ His fingers and toes have been shaded for a natural appearance
and triple sealed to prevent him from losing
his natural baby nail look.
♥ Evan
has a modified magnetic pacifier. Please
use caution around computers, pace makers, etc... These are very
strong magnets.
